The Literature and Forum Coordinator serves a three year term encouraging groups and members to submit sharings to the Forum and to subscribe. This Coordinator also is familiar with most Conference Approved Literature and may display some at Area events during the year.

As of October 2021 the issue of whether CAL will be brought to assemblies by liaisons from nearby Service Centers or Literature Distribution Centers is under discussion.
